How it works
Click continue and place your order online. If you don't want to do this online, just get in touch to place an order
Select your preferred service option (You can simply come into the store and have your device repaired, or you can send it by mail to us)
For walk in repairs:
- We'll confirm the repair time
- Estimate the total repair cost
- Fix it and then notify you via text, phone or email
- Your phone's ready to collect and back in your hands the same day!
For mail in repairs:
- Express Post your device to us, with a self addressed mail sachel inside, and we'll receive it usually the next day.
- We repair your device the same day we receive it and send it back with your self addressed sachel
- Depending on your location you should receive it the next day, however a tracking number will be emailed where possible
